All orders are shipped from our logistics center in China using reliable international carriers including DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. PO Box addresses are not supported. Delivery to remote regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or mountainous areas) may take additional transit time.

Please inspect packages carefully upon delivery. Do not sign for damaged or abnormal packages and contact customer support immediately. Once signed for, the order is considered accepted.
