All orders are shipped from our logistics center in China using reliable international carriers including DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx. PO Box addresses are not supported. Delivery to remote regions (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or mountainous areas) may take additional transit time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse allocation, or shipping efficiency. You may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers to ensure faster delivery of in-stock items.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. carshowlab.com does not cover customs-related charges.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, recipient name, and contact information are accurate. Changes after shipment may result in delays, loss, or additional fees.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Requests to change the delivery address after shipment

  • Delivery attempts on weekends, public holidays, or to inaccessible locations

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can track your order in your carshowlab.com account under “My Orders” or by contacting customer support.

Inspection & Acceptance

Please inspect packages carefully upon delivery. Do not sign for damaged or abnormal packages and contact customer support immediately. Once signed for, the order is considered accepted. We recommend recording an unboxing video and checking the items against the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, contact carshowlab.com within 24 hours for assistance.
