Shipping Origin & Carriers

Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in China. We partner with reliable international carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

PO Box addresses are not supported. Delivery to remote or special regions (such as Alaska, Hawaii, or mountainous areas) may require additional transit time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

After shipment, the estimated transit time is 10–20 business days.

The estimated total delivery time (order processing + transit) is 11–22 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, carshowlab.com may ship items separately depending on product availability, warehouse allocation, or shipping efficiency.

You may receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers. This allows in-stock items to be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, recipient name, and contact information are entered accurately at checkout. Address changes after shipment may result in delays, loss, or additional fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

Responsibility Disclaimer

carshowlab.com is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by, but not limited to, the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Requests to change the delivery address after shipment
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, transportation interruptions, or system failures
  • Delivery attempts made on weekends, public holidays, or to locations inaccessible to carriers

Order Tracking & Notification

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You may track your order by logging into your carshowlab.com account and visiting the “My Orders” section, or by contacting customer support.

Inspection & Acceptance

As carshowlab.com products may be of high value, please inspect the package carefully upon delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or abnormal, please do not sign for the package and contact customer support immediately.

Once the package is signed for (by you or someone on your behalf), it will be considered accepted in terms of quantity and condition. We strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video and checking the items against the packing list.

If any items are missing or damaged, please contact carshowlab.com within 24 hours of receiving the package so we can assist you promptly.
