Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Return Charges

We do not charge any additional handling or restocking fees.

If the return is due to an error on our part, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Defective product
  • Product damaged during transit

We will provide:

  • Full refund, including original shipping costs
  • Prepaid return shipping label

Buyer-Initiated Returns (Personal Reasons)

If the return is initiated for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, size, or color, or changing your mind after purchase, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our return center in China.

Return Shipping Support

To help reduce high international return shipping costs, carshowlab.com offers a USD 30 return shipping subsidy. This amount will be deducted directly from your final refund.

Customers must provide a valid return tracking number after shipping the item back. We recommend comparing shipping rates from different carriers to minimize costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
