Return and Refund Policy

At carshowlab.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item should be in good condition.

  • Try to return the product with its original packaging, if possible.

  • Include any tags, accessories, or manuals that came with the product.

  • Gently used items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@carshowlab.com with your Order Number and the reason for return.
  2. For defective or damaged items, please attach clear photos or videos.
  3. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases (Seller Error):

  • Return Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or cover the shipping costs.
  • Refund/Replacement: You will receive a full refund or a free replacement at no extra cost.

5. Buyer-Initiated Returns 

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong part, color, or simply changed your mind):

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the actual shipping costs to our return center in China.
  • Shipping Subsidy: To assist our customers, carshowlab.com offers a $30 USD shipping subsidy, which will be added to your final refund amount to offset your international shipping costs.

6. Restocking Fees

$0.00 Restocking Fee. We do not charge any administrative or restocking fees for returns.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval Time: Within 1–2 business days of receiving the item.
  • Payment Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 7 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account or credit card statement.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not charge extra handling fees for exchanges.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before the item has been shipped. If the item is already in transit, please follow the standard return process after delivery
